Bornholm is home to a multitude of different sustainable initiatives and green test projects in differing scales. During the learning journey participants experience the sustainable solutions of Bornholm at close hand. We visit companies, municipal facilites and other stakeholders to give a peak into the green culture driving the Bright Green Island vision forward. 

Showcases include renewable energy, waste management, green construction, local foods and nature projects. We also get first-hand insights from meetings with business owners, association representatives and citizen groups. During the expedition we facilitate shared discussions of key issues and with the possibility of ideation workshops fitted to specific topics.
